Complete this form and send back to us minimum 1 business day before the required inspection date.

If the inspection application is from factory, the information of this booking form will be noticed to customer by email, but if we don’t get your reply regarding this form within 24hours, it means that you will agree to follow WEINSPECTION’S procedure to conduct the inspection.

(3)

Please upload all your inspection documents (PO (Purchase order), PI (Proforma invoice), product specification, packing specification (artwork, labels, hangtags, barcodes etc.) etc.) via this platform when making booking, we will verify these information during inspection; If we don’t receive these information 1 business day before the inspection date, these information will not be verified during inspection, therefore, the overall result of inspection report regarding above is PENDING.

Cancellation charges: We accept cancellation until 4:00pm (China time) the business day before the confirmed inspection date; The services booked will be charged in full after this limit.

(5)

WEINSPECTION agrees to treat any information in connection with the execution of this agreement as confidential. WEINSPECTION also warrants will not disclose information to the third parties, with the exception of parties involved in the execution of the work upon prior consent of the client.

(6)

We will abort the inspection due to the un-acceptable weather or other un-controlling accidents or reasons, and will re-schedule this inspection after confirming with client.

(7)

Terms and conditions of WEINSPECTION’S inspection service apply; Client declares to agree with these terms and conditions, which are displayed on WEINSPECTION’S website: www.weinspection.com and which can be sent upon requested.

(8)

Any samples from customer / factory keeping in WEINSPECTION office will be kept for 6months only from the first date arrival in WEINSPECTION office, customer / factory should take these samples back once the project is finished within this period. All samples will be crushed and scrapped after this deadline.

(9)

During the inspection, inspector will conduct some tests with factory's available test instruments, and these instruments will be informed to factory by email before the inspection conducted, if factory can't provide such instruments, the inspection will be conducted only with available instruments, the un-conducted testing will be noticed inside the report to client due to above.
